Quality and environmental responsibility

The quality policy and objectives, as well as the environmental policy and environmental objectives, are set by the company's director as part of the general business policy. The director ensures consistent implementation of the quality and environmental policy and its continuous review for suitability. The quality policy and environmental policy represent the company's strategic direction, whose objectives are defined and achieved within annual plans.

The policy of EMBALAŽA, d.o.o. is a commitment to maintaining the quality of products and business operations in line with customers' requirements, needs and wishes. Customer satisfaction is our priority, reflected above all in producing and selling products of the desired quality, advising customers, on-time deliveries and the shortest possible lead times.

We build long-term partnerships with our customers by planning future directions together. By continuously improving products and processes, we follow the latest trends in the industry. We encourage the innovation of every individual in the company and listen to our customers' insights. A key focus of our employees is acquiring new knowledge, reflected in intensive training in all areas.

The company's development policy and strategy is to become a company comparable in every respect with similar European companies, which above all means higher productivity at optimal cost and managing business quality as defined in the quality manual. All employees of EMBALAŽA, d.o.o. are aware of and understand the quality policy, which is communicated to all employees through the internal communication system.

The quality policy and environmental policy represent the company's strategic direction, whose objectives are defined and achieved within the company strategy and annual plans.

The director of EMBALAŽA, d.o.o. commits to and assumes full responsibility for managing the company's environmental impacts. We strive to continuously improve our relationship with the environment and reduce negative environmental impacts, thereby preventing pollution.

At EMBALAŽA, d.o.o. we monitor and comply with environmental legislation, the environmental guidelines adopted in our industry and other requirements we have agreed to that relate to the environmental aspects we have identified.

We will strive for the best possible use of raw materials and materials and, within our environmental policy and implementation targets, for the most rational use of natural resources. We pay particular attention to reducing environmental impacts from the planning and design of equipment and processes through to the end of our products' life cycle. Together we will work to reduce the consumption of all types of energy. All employees are aware of and understand the environmental policy, which is communicated to all employees through the internal communication system.

The environmental policy is available to all business partners and interested parties. It is communicated to everyone working for or on behalf of the company, together with the related procedures and requirements. We are open to dialogue with anyone interested in our business and our approach to the environment.
